Statement of Publication Collaboration

In order to enhance the quality and quantity of scientific publications in the fields of criminal law, criminology, and penology, a Cooperation Agreement has been established between:

PT. Adhyaksa Putra Aji
and
Master of Law Program, Universitas Suryakancana

This collaboration includes support in the management, development, and publication of scientific articles in the journal Journal Trias Criminologica: Studies in Criminal Law, Criminology, and Penology.

Through this cooperation, both parties are committed to:

  1. Promoting high-quality scientific articles through a rigorous and professional peer-review process.

  2. Advancing research and scholarly discussions in criminal law, criminology, and penology that respond to societal needs.

  3. Supporting the dissemination of academic and research outputs from scholars, practitioners, and researchers through the Open Journal System (OJS) platform.

  4. Upholding academic integrity, publication ethics, and scientific standards in all stages of the publication process.

This collaboration is expected to contribute significantly to the development of legal scholarship, particularly in criminal law and criminology, and to serve as a credible, high-quality, and competitive scientific publication platform at both national and international levels.
