Journal Trias Criminologica: Studies in Criminal Law, Criminology, and Penology is a scholarly journal managed and published by PT. Adhyaksa Putra Aji. The journal is issued four times a year, in March, June, September, and December, as well as accepts manuscripts written in either Indonesian or English. The journal holds an E-ISSN: XXXX-XXXX.

Journal Trias Criminologica: Studies in Criminal Law, Criminology, and Penology is a place where research and ideas about criminal law, the criminal justice system, criminology, and penology can be published. This journal's primary goal is to advance criminal law and criminology by disseminating relevant and up-to-date academic research. Furthermore, it is intended to serve as a reference for policymakers, academics, researchers, students, and legal practitioners in realizing a criminal justice system that upholds the principles of justice, legal certainty, and legal benefit.

This journal is open to authors from various backgrounds to publish original, research-based, and previously unpublished scholarly works, with the objective of enriching academic discourse in the fields of criminal law, criminology, and penology (corrections/imprisonment studies).

This journal accepts and publishes scholarly articles based on normative, empirical, and conceptual research, as well as critical reviews related to the following themes:
